I started doing power yoga two years ago. I sweat a lot and found myself slipping on my yoga mat constantly. Someone suggested I get a yoga rug to place over my mat, so I found the one I purchased on Amazon. It rocks. I suggest you wash it a bunch of times to soften it up. Also, just before you do yoga class, you might want to pour water where your hands and feet go. This seems to reduce slipping. It will make your yoga practice all the better. Nameste!
